BOOKING POLICY
At Lady Lush Makeup Artistry Agency (LLMAA), we are committed to providing a seamless, luxury beauty experience for every client. Please review our booking policies carefully before scheduling your appointment.
APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
All appointments must be booked through our official website or approved booking platform.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all appointment details, including service selection, date, time, and location, before completing their booking.
DEPOSITS
A deposit of 25%–50% may be required depending on the service selected.
Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by management.
Failure to pay the required deposit will result in the appointment not being reserved.
PAYMENTS
The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Credit/Debit Cards
Digital Payment Platforms
Agency-approved payment methods
Cash payments may be accepted at the artist’s discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that schedules may change.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled one time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service total. Repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.
RESCHEDUILING POLICY
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before their scheduled service.
One complimentary reschedule is permitted per appointment.
Additional reschedule requests may require a new deposit.
Rescheduled appointments must occur within 30 days of the original booking date.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
To ensure fairness to all clients and artists:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened.
Clients arriving 20 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the remaining balance.
NO SHOW POLICY
A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend an appointment without prior communication.
No-show clients:
Forfeit all deposits.
May be required to prepay future appointments in full.
May be denied future booking privileges.
ARTIST MATCHING
Lady Lush Makeup Artistry Agency reserves the right to assign or recommend artists based on:
Service type
Availability
Artist expertise
Client preferences
While every effort is made to accommodate artist requests, specific artist availability cannot be guaranteed.
TRAVEL SERVICES
Travel fees apply for:
On-location services
Weddings
Corporate events
Destination bookings
Travel fees will be disclosed before booking confirmation.
HEALTH & SAFETY
For the safety of all clients and artists:
Clients experiencing contagious illnesses are required to reschedule their appointment.
Artists reserve the right to refuse service if health or safety concerns arise.
All artists adhere to professional sanitation and hygiene standards.
PHOTO & CONTENT RELEASE
Lady Lush Makeup Artistry Agency and its artists photograph completed services for portfolio, social media, marketing, and educational purposes.
Client consent will always be obtained before publication.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the artistic and personalized nature of beauty services:
All completed services are non-refundable.
If a client is dissatisfied, concerns must be communicated before leaving the appointment.
Reasonable adjustments may be offered at the artist’s discretion.
RESPECTFUL & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
LLMAA is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward artists or staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services and future booking restrictions.
AGREEMENT
By booking an appointment with Lady Lush Makeup Artistry Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the policies outlined above.
